fc STUDIO inc is a multi-faceted Chicago-based architecture and design firm specializing in hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential sectors. FC started this lifestyle brand to ensure a measure of quality and style in the fast-growing, "tiny living" and off-grid hospitality markets. We have created a collection of prefabricated cabins and saunas designed by FC Studio and that are manufactured in Waukegan, IL by PrefabPads. Having a local fabrication partner facilitates the thoughtful curation of every aspect of design in order to maximize cost effectiveness and efficiency, culminating in a beautifully finished product that is delivered to your doorstep.
