PROJECT INFO

Head to tail custom design for our client involved some of our favorite details to date including a sliding bedroom door that also acts as a pool cue storage cabinet, hideaway beds for guests, and create ways to divide the space.

  • 7,200 sf complete gut rehab

  • Full architectural and interior design services - creation of bid and permit documents

  • Permit services for City of Chicago and Condominium Association Approval

  • Contractor and engineering coordination

  • Custom millwork and detailing

  • Full interior services including kitchen design, custom furniture, custom steel & concrete design, furniture and lighting selections, and selection of tiles, plumbing fixtures, and all finishes
